Tantrism

Spiritual opening through sexual energy

Tantrism is a Sanskrit word meaning « woven together ». It is a practice inspired by the Hindu religion and which dates back to the 5th century. It combines yoga and mediation with sexuality. Following the principles of meditation, tantra aims to achieve, in a full state of consciousness, an “awakened” sexuality. Tantrism is the Western expression of this sacred form of sexuality: it teaches to practice a slow sexual relationship without orgasm. New language, new communication, this sacred dimension is reached by the fusion between the masseur and the massed.

Sexuality is part of the development of the individual and leads to its full development by promoting the circulation of energy. Pleasure reaches the whole body, not just the genitals.
