This policy explains what personal data I collect through my online booking application, why I use it, how long I keep it, and the rights you have. I take your privacy seriously, especially given the discreet nature of my clientele.

1. Who is responsible

I, Franck Deloux, trading as Massage Gay Maspalomas, operate a massage and well-being studio at Local 3, Avenida de España 7, Centro Comercial PRISMA, 35100 Playa del Inglés, San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Gran Canaria, Spain). I am the controller of your personal data.

2. What data I collect

Identity: first name, last name.
Contact: email address, phone number (with country code).
Country (derived from your phone code) and preferred language.
Date of birth: to confirm you are at least 18 and, if you agree, to send you birthday wishes and offers.
Account password, stored in hashed (encrypted) form, never in clear text.
Your appointment history and related payments.
Reviews you choose to leave (first name, rating, comment).

3. Why I use it, and the legal basis

To provide and manage your appointments: performance of the service you request.
To keep my accounts and meet tax obligations: legal obligation.
To publish the reviews you submit: your consent.
To send birthday wishes and offers: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your account.

I never use your data for profiling, and no decision about you is taken automatically.

4. Who has access to it

Your data stays under my control. A small number of trusted providers process it on my behalf, under contract:

IONOS SARL: web hosting on EU servers, under a signed data processing agreement.
Google Calendar: to sync confirmed appointments (your name and the time slot).
Proton Mail: to send emails (Switzerland, a country recognised as offering adequate protection).
cron-job.org: to trigger appointment reminders (no personal data).

The public pages of this site can be machine-translated by an external service. The pages where you enter personal data — booking, My account, review form — are excluded from it: they are translated by my own application, so your details are never sent to a translation provider.

My accountant only receives figures, never the identity of a client. I never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

5. International transfers

Most of your data stays within the European Union. When appointments are synced to Google Calendar, some data may be processed outside the EU, under the safeguards provided by Google.

6. How long I keep it

Your account: anonymised after 3 years without an appointment.
Accounting data: kept for at least 6 years as required by Spanish tax law, without your name.
Reviews: kept while published, and removed on request.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, and receive a copy of it (portability).

Access and portability: the « Download my data » button on the « My account » page gives you a readable file with your profile, all your appointments and the reviews you left.
Correction: « My account » → « My details ».
Deletion: you can delete your account yourself at any time from « My account ».
Objection: untick the birthday offers box in « My account » at any time.

For anything else, just contact me at privacy@massage-gay-maspalomas.com. I reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, the site is served over HTTPS, access to your data is restricted to me alone, and sensitive files are stored privately, outside the public web folder.

9. Minors

My services are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to book.

10. Cookies

The site uses functional cookies only: your session, your language and your translation preference. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies.

11. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
